Delightful super renovated and modern loft, in the wonderful setting of the Carmine square! Possibility of parking (18 Euros per night) if the request for a parking space is made not too late according to the methods described below. Being an open space, the sleeping area is integrated into the living room and living area. We have a double sofa bed, a bunk bed and a single sofa bed available. The presence of the "Toppers" guarantees a comfortable rest! You will find: PS3, SAT TV and Espresso Coffee Machine, NetFlix and Microwave, Washing machine, WIFI and air conditioning. Close (10 minute walk) to Principe station and a few bus stops from Brignole. A few minutes from the major attractions such as the aquarium, the children's city, Piazza De Ferrari and the characteristic historic center. The house also features an espresso machine for quick but tasty coffee breaks. Super fast Wifi (fiber) included in the price. The apartment, which can be reached via a about thirty steep steps "Genoese style" is not suitable for those with walking problems. Parking is available but only for one car and respecting the following conditions: 1) The car model must be communicated to me before your arrival. 2) If your car can be accommodated in my garage there will be no time limitations otherwise if you use the private secure parking there will be time limitations based on the parking times that you manage to book!
